All rentals are subject to tax. A $450  non-refundable retainer reserves your date on our calendar. 

Security Deposit- $300 must be held for any damages, misconduct and violations of the terms of contract signed by the client. The refundable deposit is fully refundable and will be returned 2 business days after the event following a complete inspection.​
